And welcome to YAP (Yet Another Person’s blog)

I grew up with the software development industry. I’ve been around since before …, well, I’ve been around for a long time. I remember goto’s, when memory was in K’s, not Gig’s, and I’ve seen real spaghetti code. Although everybody has probably seen some programming pasta.

I’ve had some great mentors along the way and I’d like to share with you some of their words of wisdom and some of the insights I’ve gained during my journey through the software industry as developer, manager, teacher, and consultant.
